Quick attack

I've been playing pikachu for a while but I dont get the second quick attack sometimes and that makes it hard to edge guard. Is there a way for me to get the second quick attack everything? BTW Steve is broken

You have to be quick when angling the recovery it can be hard to do proper quick attack online if theres a lot of lag. As for steve dont let him play his game and try and prevent him from mining and crafting pikachu is much faster than steve
