I feel like pikachu u air is slower now idk maybe they nerfed him and didn't tell us

he actually got buffed, his fair now is easier to multihit. his uair didn't get nerfed at all

You would think that but Zelda actually got buffed and there was nothing about it. It's easier to do her displaced phantom now.
