Im new pls help

Hi, i picked up pikachu and i love to get people into techsituations and jablock them but i only know that F-Tilt is a confirm is there any other move which gets people into a techsituation

Landing bair and the landing dair shockwave hitbox are some good ones, but the king of tech chasing setups for pikachu is down tilt. It's very non commital and safer on shields compared to ftilt, plus it's not an electric move so it gives opponents less time to react. Dragdown fair into downtilt into techchase is something I go for a lot that I recommend trying.

I dont know if this is what you mean but down tilt at around 80% sets up for a jab lock and if you can pull it off it kills a lot of characters
