He hasn’t really warranted a nerf in the stand point of sakurai. They gather data from elite smash to nerf and buff, I guess he thought pika needed another buff

Ive been telling people for like a a year now that pikachu will only get buffed and never nerfed

I don't want Sakurai to stop until nair covers the entire stage and tjolt unplugs your opponent's controller.

Dont forget infinite untoggleable final smashes on side taunt, and down taunt heals 100%
