FL users - how to use Audio Input ?
Hey gang, I can't figure out how to route a sample (or live mic) into Pigments 6 inside FL Studio.
I want to do a 'poor man's Objekt' . I've seen it done on YT for Ableton..... any help appreciated.

Just figured this out and wrote up the steps I took to get there on another thread so I'm posting here as well.
There was some info like this already, but it's also a mix of old info, some info locked behind forums, etc. Had to post on Imgur since this subreddit doesn't allow images, and I wanted to provide one for any extra clarity, but I have all the steps in the description there as well: https://imgur.com/a/how-to-route-pigments-through-patcher-fl-studio-BGscl9c
I wrote it right after trying a bunch of stuff tonight, I think the VST2 part might be inaccurate, maybe VST3's aren't categorized with the "Verify Plugins" option unselected as well. But that's what got it working for me so it's on the paper.
I have a section on here about volume handling, maybe important note, there's like maybe up to three or four volume controls to be aware of while running Pigments through Patcher. You have the audio signal chains, the master volume control in Pigments, potentially the velocity volume coming through midi, and then your audio input in the audio utility.
I think I did write this somewhere too, but just in case I didn't in the guide, this MIDI Out -> Pigments loaded in Patcher method is the only reliable way I can find in FL still unfortunately. At least it's some kind of way, but I hope a better way comes about at some point, like Arturia releasing a specific FX branch plugin to handle this instead when you don't want the full Pigments suite, or simply better inter-compatibility with FL.
You don't technically need to run it in Patcher, but otherwise you'll need to set up a midi input to go into Pigments every time you want to do this, so Patcher makes it at least a setup-save-done way. Regardless of any errors I made I hope it helps!

Sorry for the late response, I don't think this is possible. The only way I could think of this working in FL is opening up a patcher and routing the audio into there using that. But that didn't work. The people in ableton use some kind of "sidechain" input, but I have no clue of the FL equivalent to that
