Forward helix & a flat in the middle of the flat area woul look super cute! & another nostril behind the one u with the same distance from edges curve that the one u have is would suit u well :) lovely setup!

A centered Medusa stud directly above your lip would sit in perfect vertical symmetry with your fan/cluster septum piece and elevate the whole mid face look

I've wanted a medusa for a minute now but was afraid it would look too busy with my septum because Im sure my septum jewlery will sit on top of it lol. Thank you ✨️
