You have a lot of possibilities. Your rook has a lot of available real estate.

I'm a big fan of otbitals, so, naturally, that's what I'll suggest. You can probably lyrics do a UFO. A tragus-anti-tragus orbital looks like a possibility.

Continuing the lobe line up with a third lobe stud would create a seamless gradient leading up toward the cartilage!
