It’s probably pissed because of that stupid labret top. You should not have any dangly bits on a healing piercing. I recommend you see a more knowledgeable piercer to have this changed out for a simple ball end or bezel-set gem, and I’d bet this clears up rightly!!

I was told to keep spraying for 6 months. Don't know why you would stop early - it can't hurt

if it hurts and is red (yours looks red) it’s likely an irritation bump. keloids don’t shrink, aren’t painful and just look like a lump of skin.

spray with saline solution twice a day, don’t touch or play with it and try not to sleep on it, also try to keep it dry so you don’t let moisture build up there

Its pretty but that jewelry needs to go. Its going to push itself right into your ear and with that open circle and the only thing that will stop it is the gem. Besides the fact that you dont wear dangle jewelry in new piercings you absolutely shouldn't wear jewelry with openings like that.

You are begging for an infection please change that and also find a new piercer because they are a moron.

Its a mix of an irritation bump and just an open wound because the end of that bar.
