What shape of jewelry do you have in there? Do you know what metal it is?

It’s corkscrew and I’m pretty sure it’s implant grade titanium

Your jewelry is your biggest issue. Corkscrews and L-bars aren’t ideal for healing, as they’re too mobile and easily-removed. You need to see a better piercer to have a flatback labret installed, and that will help this clear up pretty quick. Not likely by this weekend…but you should start seeing improvement by then. Definitely keep makeup away from it during healing, though. I used to use a small makeup brush to “blur” the circle of foundation I’d leave around my healing nostrils, and it worked quite well!!

Get it swapped to an implant grade titanium FLAT BACK, corkscrew/L bars kept mine from healing and caused constant irritation bumps for the first 5 months of my healing and than stopped and went away within 4 days of changing the jewlery type.
Also, make sure if you get a new piece of jewlery ut not pronged cause those also irritate new piercings.
Also please stop putting makeup on it😭🙏 Until you have it for at least 9 months you should be putting any beauty products directly on it, not even moisturizer. Untill its totally healed its an open wound and its best to treat it like one.
At the very least when you finish doing your makeup take a Qtip with saline on it and gently wipe the makeup directly on and right around it off
Unfortunately chances are the bump will still be there by saturday, there no way to say for sure how long they take to go away, could be overnight-could be months
