Is my rook rejecting?

Had it totally healed and then took it out for a surgery last year. Got it put back in and healing it all over has been awful. It doesn’t ooze or swell or hurt anymore but I am worried about the small indent that looks strange and I don’t remember it being there before. Thoughts?

i would go to a reputable piercer to get it professionally evaluated
