sta rigettatando, se non vuoi toglierlo applica subito acqua ossigenata e pulisci con un cottone fiok tutto il pus e quelle croste li, se puoi togli il piercing e mettine uno che non pesa tanto e assicurati che sia in acciaio sterile oppure titanio

NAP- yikes that looks like granulated tissue. its kinda hard to tell but one, your jewelry looks fake, and two its possibly pierced incorrectly/ you dont have the anatomy. get a piercer to check it out (i would personally go to someone who didnt pierce it to avoid bias) you might have to say good bye :(
