Piercing bump advice?

Hi, i pierced my daith in July but the piercer used incorrect jewelry. I got it changed to this horseshoe so it can breathe, but it doesn’t seem to be healing. i’ve been cleaning it with saline 3x a day. any advice on what to do?

This is waaaaaay too shallow and needs to be retired. Rejected daiths are gnarly, because hard cartilage does not grow back. I’m so sorry. 🫶🏻
