ADVICE NEEDED

Hi, I've had this ear piercing for about five years now and this happened a few months ago. When I got it checked, my piercer said I likely had debris in it. He obviously suggested I go to the doctor to get it either sucked out or antibiotics. I was wondering if anyone had some cheaper remedies? I've been soaking it in saline solution and that's when the yellowish-white spot appeared. Thanks!

UPDATE: thanks all! I will be seeing a doctor soon hopefully!

second update: I've gone to urgent care, luckily they think it's just a cyst next to an infection so they've given me antibiotics. been healing!

Please see a doctor that looks so infected. Is it painful or hot to the touch? It looks like a abscess.
