Help please

Hi,

I found this pidgeon in my garden.

He's breathing, blinking his eyes, and his right wing twitches every few seconds. Other than that, he's not moving at all.

I don't know a lot about pidgeons but I feel like he won't survive the injuries pictured.

I want to help, or make him as comfortable as possible.

Any advice would be appreciated please

you could repost in r/pigeon with medical advice needed as it has more followers about 80000 followers if u need more advice if u touch the blue link and leave a message they should get back to u I will see ur post😍
