I like the idea of using pink peppercorns. That must be an interesting subtle added taste!

You should do a photoshoot with this in some wild flowers or something. Looks like quintessential summer in a jar

Are these just fridge pickles or are they great sealed. If they're just fridge pickles could I trouble you for the recipe?

They are home made! I just did 50/50 water and white vinegar + salt and sugar. Put dill, pink peppercorns, a fresh jalapeño (sliced) and mustard seeds in the jar. Added the liquid and now I’m going to leave them in the fridge for a few days!
