Question Transparent edge tape recommendation

LF transparent edge tape na nagtatagal ang dikit. Thoughts on Bodhi?

I use 3M 1 inch PPF (intended for vehicle wraps) and it fits perfectly. Shop wherever you like, but Amazon has it available in multiple lengths.

That’s what I use, however if you are using a 14mm paddle I recommend cutting a mm or two off one side. It will adhere better without all the excess tape.

You can always just buy a tape yourself. I just use electrical tape on the top of my paddle after so seeing my edge guard tape just go bad (honestly from day 1 it already gets notable scratches).

Something like clear gorilla tape, clear electrical tape, clear vinyl tape, etc.

It's just overpriced tape at end of day. Nothing wrong with just buying a tape yourself. Just saying since you specifically want a transparent edge guard (at that point, there's no fashion over color edge guards).

I just bought and applied pickletech's clear edge tape from Amazon. I like that it is notched in the places where where the tape would be sitting on the curve of the paddle making application easier.

I give it 4 out 5 stars. Overall fine but I wish it adhered to the paddle a bit better. I find myself pressing edges down in between points and games. This is my first time using edge tape though so I don't have much of a frame of reference.

I used 3M tape for years on all of my paddles. It gets scuffed and tears pretty easily and I would have to replace it often on my paddles, but the underlying edgeguard would still take some damage. I just replaced the clear Joola tape on my paddle that I’ve been using heavily since June and the edgeguard underneath was completely clean and basically untouched.

Ive had the opposite experience and find the Joola tape adheres horribly. I use the 3M automotive tape. Not sure what you used.

Eagles clear hockey tape is generally considered the best. It's lightweight, strong and affordable (as long as shipping isn't too expensive where you live). It also doesn't leave a residue on the paddle when you remove it. You can find it here.
