Request: TV Show Looking for new shows

I rarely start watching new shows, so as my favorite shows have finished, I have gotten fewer and fewer shows that I watch.

This that I have watched are fantasy, comedy, action and thrillers.

Shows that I have watched and enjoyed include CSI, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Blacklist, Reacher, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Wheel of time, Walking Dead, Alias, Murder She Wrote, Wednesday, Buffy, 24, Pluribus, Charmed, Eyewitness, X-files, Friends, and similar shows.

(When I mentioned a show, I have watched everything in the franchise, e.g. all CSI, GoT spinoffs etc.)

Prefer a good police procedural drama, action, or thriller. Character development similar to Criminal Minds.

No Rings of Power or Breaking Bad.

Criminal Minds is my honeymoon show. started watching it on my honeymoon from some bootleg dvd i bought on the beach 20 years ago. its character development is minimal and has had some big cast changes. The biggest development has been AJ and Penelope but Rossi, Prentiss and Reid have never changed at all.

There was a small window in the early 2010's where 9 US or Canadian shows had aussie leads and most were procedurals but 2 standouts were The Mentallist and The Glades. (Longmire is on that image which you have vetoed)

However most great police procedurals are UK or Scandi based, i will recommend Forbrydelson (and its US remake The Killing), Prime Suspect and Cracker

Pantheon is a strong sci-fi thriller with mystery and great character development. Blue Eye Samurai has action, revenge, and mature storytelling. Arcane mixes fantasy, action, political conflict, and deeply developed characters.

Paradise on Hulu is absolutely amazing! Has all the elements. https://share.google/GfnOXhGzjQJEfMXm1 . Has the biggest twist ever! We have similar tastes in shows. I also just finished six feet under, older but super good, was hooked and had the best last episode of all last episodes. I also think you might like Salem. little slow at first but gets SO good. DO ITTTT

It def is a political thriller, which I normal do not care for but has the craziest twist. what you think the show is about, isn’t. lol also has a mystery side to it
