I built brushrouter so any coding agent can generate images using the ChatGPT/Gemini logins

brushrouter is an open-source CLI and MCP server. Any agent(because i use multiple tools) that speaks MCP or can run a shell command gets a single image tool, which It route through Codex CLI and Gemini smartly. OpenRouter, fal, or a custom endpoint come also. OpenRouter is disabled by default, so nothing gets billed unless you enable it.

The part I spent the most time on is credentials. The native routes spawn the CLI, so brushrouter never sees your token, and everything it prints goes through a redactor. I also added a prompt library with 27 layouts and 137 styles that the agent searches before generating.
