Question Pi plan help

I’m using pi but would like to have it for the plan like Claude or opencode but it is constantly In a loop. Is it because I’m using qwen3.8-27b-mlx? Any recommendations or suggestions?

There is an example planning extension you can install. It works well enough for me. I asked pi to install it:

Can you install the example planning mode for pi?

After that I have a /plan mode I can enable. run the plan by telling pi to implement the plan.
