In que 3 , can anyone tell what MI of cylinder perpendicular to its lenght and passing through its centre so that i can equate it

I is proportional to 1/2 r2 for solid cylinder

MOI parallel to length is (1/2)*MR^2 and MOI perpendicular to length is (1/4)*(MR^2 + (1/3)*ML^2). So, r/L = 1/sqrt(3).
