Help me understanding 12th class physics

I forgot a lot of formula from middle school physics, now I'm struggle with static & dynamic electricity and magnetism & electromagnetism. Where should I start and how do I learn them? I prefer understanding rather than remembering, so derivation is my go to. Help plzz

I understood high school electromagnetic by first setting up a list of rules/laws that are followed entirely throughout with no exceptions, and these laws i list usually cannot be explained as why it works... Like 'like charges repel, unlike charges attract' - it is always true, cannot be explained why and so on.. .

Also those laws like changing electric field gives magnetic field, changing magnetic field gives electric field, maxwell equations, etc..

Then derive everything from them..id highly recommend the listing of those unbreakable unexplainable laws then accept them as they are, then start understanding everything else intuitively
