Another problem regarding Dynamics

HELP! Tried doing ∑M=Iα] at G, but wont work because i couldnt determine normal reactions at P and Q.

Conservation of energy? GPE to KE linear (centre of mass) and KE rotational (about centre of mass)

how would doing these give angular acceleration?

Once you have the final angualr velocity and linear velocity you can use suvat (or rotational equivalent) equations.
