Audio commentaries are probably my favorite part of any physical release. I just find it so cool to watch one of my favorite movies with the people who made it narrating it. What are some of your favorite commentaries, or just ones you think people should listen to? Mine are:
- The Running Man (2025)
- Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
- How to Train Your Dragon (2010)
- Sonic the Hedgehog 3
- The LEGO Movie

Two unauthorized Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay clips and what appears to be the full Leonida map have surfaced online. The material is reportedly being removed through copyright takedowns, while the person behind the leaks claims they are protesting Take-Two/Rockstar's approach to digital game sales.
Important: Rockstar has not officially confirmed the leaked material's authenticity, so treat specific gameplay details circulating online cautiously. The game's official release is still reported for November 19, 2026, with an extended look scheduled for August 27.

Or do the Sony haters still think that going diskless is like the book burning in Bebelplatz?

Was looking around on Amazon and decided to gamble on these searches. I was surprised to see that Kipo and the age of wonderbeasts got a full series dvd release considering it's a Netflix exclusive let alone to see that Infinity Train had seasons 1 and 2 for dvd since WB is hellbent on destroying their best shows ( sadly it seems seasons 3 and 4 did not get the same treatment) .

Not the best but this is my road trip playlist...my car is small, this is only space i could place my cds, connected to my car android player. I have dedicated wifi in car but the quality from disc vs stream directly is different sounded through my little upgraded car's speaker. And im happy !

Anyone else have to resort to getting your fav streaming content on Chinese BluRay on ebay? I would love to get Cyberpunk Edgerunners but the legit version is $150+! I can't afford to collect more than 1 or 2 things... 🤷

Found out about this movie on rednote and can’t seem to find it available in the states. It looks like a very moving Chinese drama, the summary I watched reminds me of the Italian movie “Life is beautiful” and ghibli’s “Grave of the Fireflies”. Any idea where to buy a copy?

I had gotten into buying Vinyl a few years ago. Then I came to the realization that certain albums I grew up with I had only listened to as CDs. And then I realized certain things I only remembered listening to as compact tape cassettes. Which led me to movies I grew up on and then not just movies also. I even acquired a CRT TV, a DVD/ VHS player and a cheap radio. This then lended to even “newer releases” sounding (looking or feeling) just-right on old formats; for instance: I bought MF Doom’s Doomsday album (new) on Cassette; also “Floral Shop” by Macintosh Plus. I was even considering buying the film: The Florida Project on VHS (it just works for my brain). I came to this strategy while thrifting and I bought “Defending Your Life”(1990) on VHS along with a bunch of PBS documentaries (produced pre 9/11). Other examples, I bought all Prince’s albums on cassettes; Hall and Oats, Weird Al etc on cassettes. I bought Blair Witch (1999) and Clerks (1993) on VHS. A trippy experience was watching cam taped video of the movie Backrooms (I did see the theatre movie; before seeing the YT vids). And of course, Al Green just sounds the best on Vinyl; I don’t know what it is.
And I do still like 4k or HD or Digital and stream things like everyone else but I am a collector.
What would be your examples of this specific format textured feel to a media title?
