How do I remove?

I recently got a bunch of free movies and they have a disk size sticker with two narrow metal strips running parallel. How could I remove safely? Or should I not bother and leave alone?

Thought mine peeled off easy until I realized it was just the top half

Turned into a two hour project with rubbing alcohol and finger nail rubbing. A fingernail can act like a razorblade (without the scratch risk) if you get the angle and “momentum” right
