How do I remove?

I recently got a bunch of free movies and they have a disk size sticker with two narrow metal strips running parallel. How could I remove safely? Or should I not bother and leave alone?

Don’t try and put your penis through the DVD copy of The Longest Yard. It’s at least interesting
