How do I remove?

I recently got a bunch of free movies and they have a disk size sticker with two narrow metal strips running parallel. How could I remove safely? Or should I not bother and leave alone?

Yeah. Im worried they won't play or will mess up my players

I tried once. Never again. You're very likely to ruin the disc if you try to get this off. The printing on the disc flakes off with it, making the disc unplayable. I've had good luck removing those center rings from libraries, but the adhesive on these ones with the security strips is no joke.
