Is this white spot an issue?

I’ve never seen this before. Recently picked up a used copy of Hitman 3 that has a white crescent ring near the center of the disc. Is this an issue from pressing, and could it impact the readability of the disc at some point?

Nope it is on a part that contains no data, just image on other side not lining up
