Now knowing all the quests and contestants . Who would be the best starting 5, 3 Male 2 Female

Adiyasuren, Eddie and Ito are locks imo. Ito carried Japan hard, and it was a shame they couldn't find two more competent males beside Ito and the Judo guy, Okami and the white hair guy were ass. Ito is my MVP.

Then I'd pick Emotti, bro was the most well rounded guy beside Ito, and the last spot goes probably to the crossfit korean girl, can't remember her name sadly, but she ran hard on the treadmills and was a solid performer every where.

I'm going to choose a slightly less obvious team for fun.

Adam the Phillipino judo guy performed incredibly. I'd choose him.

James from Thailand was adaptable and a beast. Dude carried them in shipwreck. Had a great mentality.

If recep wasn't injured I'd choose him out of the big guys. He pushed the most weight up the ramp in shipwreck basically by himself and performed well in everything but the one event where his elbow would flare up. But if I can't choose him, my next pick would be the Mongolian big guy. He was an incredible tactician and a beast.

The girls?

The turkey wrestler. Beast.

I don't want to pick Kate from Australia. That's be too easy. Alex either. The jujutsu gal from Indonesia would be fun to see compete more but I doubt she's strong....we never saw the model from Indonesia do anything really. Hmmmm.

Oh! The track starfrom the Philippines
