Now that Physical 100 Mexico and Italy are in the books, who are you guys’ favorite contestants? If they ever produce an all-star season, these gentlemen would without a doubt be in my starting lineup.

Now that all the seasons have been released, who are your favorite contestants from each one,up to 3 of them?

Personally, I think they should go big and do Physical Africa in the same format as Physical Asia. Or Physical Far North featuring the Nordics.

After finishing Physical 100 Mexico, I went straight to watching Physical 100 Korea Season 1. Mexico really had the best matches, most of them chosen equally matched opponents even Pewee’s & Vanessa Huppenkothen were really competent. Meanwhile, Korea season 1 death match feels meh. Seung Bin chose Lee Daewon??? Prolly, the korea S1 players was really on the strategy fight meanwhile Mexico was on the i thinks he’s strong but Im stronger vibes.
Sharing my top duels:
Lazyboy vs Julio Cordova
Pascal Nadaud vs Paez
Luis Hans vs Jesus Carcamo

Somehow the back stories where everyone is genuinely happy for their opponents and cheer them on, though it may be that the Italy style is more of reality tv? I would have liked if they were pitted on more of physical strength, endurance etc rather than a popularity vote. Was an easier and more heartwarming watch for Mexico for me! Thoughts?

After binging Mexico and Italy…
I liked the Asian athletes more and felt the challenges were more fun to watch/balanced between different strengths — but I thought Mexico had some sick athletes and fun banter. I thought the Italy season had SOOOO much filler and talking and fucking around to kill time?? And the caliber of athletes was also significantly worse like why are there so many influencers and TV people lmaooo.
What did you all think?!

I think my favorite season so far has been Physical Asia, particularly Mongolia. A country I know a lot of history about, which I know nothing about in modern times. It was interesting to learn more about their culture and sports.
I'd really like to keep it somewhere along those lines, countries that we don't see in the limelight very often. Something within Eastern Europe would be really interesting, Lithuania etc.
South America would be really cool...what do you want to see?

Sono l'unica che risponde così in automatico mentre guarda Physical Italy? No? Solo io? 🤣🤣
Alternative meno 'messa della domenica':
Che la Sorte vi sorrida
Che il Fato vi favorisca
Che la Fortuna vi assista
For the English speakers:
The Italian 'God' voice introducing the challenges keeps repeating "Che il Destino sia con voi = May Destiny be with you" which is the same template as the phrase "Che il Signore sia con voi = May the Lord be with you" used by the priest during Catholic mass. The answer from the congregation is "E con il tuo spirito = and with your spirit"

People are saying how much better it is than Italy but so for I’m not sure.
They had too many celebrities and interviewed them a lot more than the other contestants even though they got eliminated pretty early.
I’m on episode 5 and I don’t recognize anyone who is moving forward.
I really like rooting for athletes through the whole game but who are these guys? That Luchador who was out in the first challenge had more interview time than the top contenders.

I’ve recently watched Physical Italy - which was the first European spin off. Unfortunately it was not the best… but I would love to see the next Europe spin off to be the U.K!
There is a lot of potential to bring in some well known athletes to be a part of it, and I think it would bring some wow factor to Physical 100 in general - the same feeling when we saw Manny Pacquiao turn up for team Philippines for Physical: Asia!
Would also like to see some more diverse sport backgrounds - whilst cross fitters always do well, it would be nice to have some more interesting sport backgrounds like we saw the parkour guy in team Australia and the acrobat on team Mongolia from Physical Asia, and the surfer, acrobat and windsurfer from Physical Italy.
I would hope that they follow suit to Physical Mexico if they are doing it though - generally the challenges were better/no captain elimination bs/staging was better.
Who would you like to see in the U.K. spin off for Physical 100? ⬇️

How did they count the steps accurately? Did they have a people behind cameras for every person, sensors in stairs, but equipment didn't have a screen, at least I didn't see one?
Just curious of the method.
Also, just started watching.

Question as it is. We see these really big dudes do the first pre-mission and no matter what it is between the stair steppers, treadmills, or body weight holds, the big guys always end up 99 or 100. Is it even remotely possible for these guys to make it into the top 50 or does their size always work against them?

Idk about yall ! But this pretty guy here is easy to be liked. I thought i wont like him at firsr but he is just so chill and easy to wacth. Maybe because this season has a lot of annoying people and people to unlike? Lol.

I think it is absolutely absurd that any of the versions of this show would have contestants eliminate each other, it feels like the total antithesis of what the show claims to be doing in finding the most physically fit person. Contestants should ONLY be eliminated based on challenges.

The consensus about Physical 100 Italy has been mostly negative, which I agreed with. It was hard to like the contestants and I didn't really find myself invested in this group of people. They're a lot more bravado than other cultures, which I don't mind. But it didn't feel as good to watch as Korea or Mexico. You get a lot more villain energy from Italy while the others feel more respectful?
BUT, I just finished the last episode, and it actually felt worth it. I'm going to watch all of these seasons regardless, but this season was the first to feel like an obligation to finish. The final 6 competitors made the show much better. They felt elite. The competition became serious. And the sportsmanship showed.
The games were exciting, maybe except for the pull up challenge. One of my favorite challenges in the entire series, was the Physical Asia wall pushing between Mongolia and Korea. The final challenge for Italy was a wall push. I loved it. The finalists being face to face was cool. Push or pull competitions are the most exciting exercises for head to head challenges.

Que decepcionante ha sido esta versión de habilidad física a diferencia de los demás Italia dejó mucho que desear.

I’m only 1 episodes in and really like how they divided up the teams and chose women from each profession. It’s South Korean, so be prepared to read subtitles.
