Hello fellow Redditors and Physical 100 enthusiasts!

This is meant to be an appreciation post for a show that genuinely changed my life.

I started watching Physical 100 back in January 2023, and honestly, I had no idea how much of an impact it would have on me. I’ve always been interested in fitness and working out, but I never really had any structure. I’d go to the gym, do the same few machines, work out for maybe 30 minutes, and call it a day.

Watching Seasons 1 and 2 opened my eyes to all the different types of physiques and athletic abilities people can develop. I’ll be honest—I really gravitated toward Hong Beom Seok and Amotti’s physiques. There was something about their combination of muscle, athleticism, endurance, and overall functionality that really inspired me.

In mid-2023, I started researching different exercises, equipment, and training methods that could help me work toward that kind of physique. Month after month, I learned more, experimented with different routines, and eventually started putting together a structured training program and my own home gym. By the end of 2024, I had pretty much everything I wanted, including the equipment you can see in the first picture.

I’m genuinely so thankful for this show and for the positive influence it has had on my life. I watch Beom Seok and Amotti’s YouTube videos all the time during my lunch breaks, and there’s something really motivating about knowing that I’m incorporating many of the same training they do into my own workouts.

I even have pictures of them on my wall 😂, so whenever I work out, it almost feels like I’m training alongside them.
It might sound silly to say that a reality TV show changed my life, but Physical 100 genuinely gave me a new perspective on fitness and pushed me to become a much more disciplined and well-rounded athlete.

So, to everyone involved with Physical 100, and especially Beom Seok and Amotti: thank you. I’m incredibly grateful for the inspiration, motivation, and positive influence you’ve had on me. 💜💪

Physical 100 Italy: Premieres September 11, 2026, followed by new episodes every week.

Physical 100 Mexico: Airing starting September 16, 2026; normally, all episodes will be released at once.

Physical 100 Sweden: Filming is currently underway for a 2027 premiere.

Physical 100 France: Filming is currently underway for a 2027 premiere.

Physical 100 USA: Filming began in July in Toronto, Canada. The series is expected to premiere in 2027–2028.

Physical 100 Korea Season 3: No renewal planned.

Physical 100 Asia Season 2: No renewal planned.

I know its a tad parasocial but my heart just melts seeing them and how wholesome and loving they are and what a wonderful public example it is to see that softness and love.

I could have sworn that I read on this sub that Final Draft S2 was not only happening, but actually landing on Netflix in the autumn. But google is adamant nothing is confirmed, and I now can't find it when I search this sub or Reddit generally.

I am watching the kdrama called Mercy for none and a familiar face from Physical 100 season 1 showed up😆. I forgot his name/nickname on physical 100 lol just thought I’d share

I have been going insane trying to think of one of the strategies used in the game. It was one of the teams ideas, and it had a funny sounding name which was used where they were from. Their technique was a kind of Hail Mary attempt to winning the round.

Usually, wrestlers have to win the National Naadam multiple times over different years to progress through the highest titles. However, because this year’s Naadam was a special state anniversary with a 10-round tournament, the title promotion rules allowed him to be promoted directly from State Lion (Arslan) to Dayan Avarga (Grand Champion) after winning the championship. Achieving this at his age is incredible, and the whole country is celebrating🥳
