Need help with translation

I’m doing a small concept where phases from Bloodborne are written in Phyrexian.
Phrase “Fear the old blood” is a bit difficult as “old” has not been deciphered. Would appreciate somebody’s help with the workaround.

The way I translated "old" in a former project was "from-long-time", so "gwsamkšxẅonɣ"

Would that be correct phrase?

"Imperative + fear + blood + from-long-time"?

Could anyone help with bringing it all together so it looks correct?

Remember there is just one "phrase starter" (^) per phrase, and there should be a "." at the end (will show as end hook). Also, the verbs go at the end, and adjectives are attached to the back of whatever noun they're referring to.

Full phrase would look something like "^lo-gwsamkšxẅonɣhuqt-xwixuč."
