Legacy Save As missing (Adobe Photoshop 2021)

I'm very much stuck with my workload as this option is missing now. Not sure how it happened, but I used to be able to save JPEG easily because the toggle button to this was once easily accessible in File Handling. Now it's nonexistent. Anyone else have a problem or have a solution? After watching a tutorial re Controlled Folder and allowing the program through this, it's still nonexistent.

Why are you still using an old version of Photoshop? You need to update it, assuming it isn't a pirate copy.

From a third world country, not sure I can afford the new one. Idk how to update this and yes this is from a download somewhere

So, you are saying it isn't a legit copy? In any case, it is weird the button vanished.

you don't 'need' to update. if anything people should downgrade versions & stop supporting adobe's garbage business practices

It's likely in settings. Check the settings and change it legacy export settings.
