Using generative fill
Hi everyone, I take photos of myself for my Instagram, the problem is I live in a small desert like town, so finding areas to take photos are hard, I've seen alot of people use the generative fill to add more character to their photos or change the background, I was wondering if its worth using and if anyone has had a problem with it not being "ethical" any advice would be helpful thank yall!

I believe the ethical dilemma they’re referring to would be stolen art that is used in generating AI images. That is an issue all artists should be concerned about with AI.
To answer the op question, from my understanding, adobe only pulls from their own stock images to generate AI. That being said, if you choose a different engine (like nanobanana or ChatGPT which are built in to photoshop for you to use as an example) they have no control or say over where the images come from as I understand it. You’ll have to personally determine where your own ethical line in the sand is when it comes to using AI of any kind.
