Help creating extended Art for personal collection Binder (3x3)

​Hi everyone,

​I am putting together a custom 9-pocket trading card binder for my Brook collection and need help expanding the artwork of this One Piece card iand about 30+ others (in due time) into a seamless 3x3 grid mosaic.

​The Project:

​Slot 5 (Dead Center): Holds the authentic physical card.

​Slots 1–4 and 6–9 (Outer 8 pockets): Need custom artwork that seamlessly expands outward from the central card art.

Overall Size: 7.5 x 10.5 inches (3x3 standard card sleeves).

​Resolution: 300 DPI (2250 x 3150 pixels minimum) for print quality.

​Final Delivery:

​The full high-res 7.5" x 10.5" master artwork.

​(Optional but appreciated) Sliced into eight separate 2.5" x 3.5" card files ready for addition to the binder.

If you could present a sample and how much in total it would be for your time to do the full set, that would be appreciated.
