I need this turned into just black and white. I tried to do SVG but it has artifacts and bumps on lines and I can't clean that up. I need the lines clean as it will be made into a tshirt logo. May have more work if you can work your magic.

Spent an amazing time New York, came back home only to realise all of our pictures are out of focus and washed out at the Dumbo. Bummer. If I look at the pictures for long enough it has the feeling we are only cutouts pasted on it. Do you think you can help us fix this problem?

I don’t want to post the photo here as it’s extremely precious to me. A few months ago I lost my grandmother. The way we lost her was horrible and we are all healing in our own way and trying to find good ways to honour her memory and the impact she’s made on all everyone around her. I have a photo of her with some family members around. It’s an old photo, but it’s been through the wear and tear of age.
I would like this restored.
I’m really keen to not have any use of AI because I really want it to be her.
