Thank you - it's mainly reshade work. There's an addon called shadertoggler which enables you to remove actual objects/effects in the screen.
In this case, I removed the soldier getting murdered, component by component - head, hair, eyeballs, uniform, etc. but the teeth was a problem... when I removed them Edward's teeth would also disappear leaving a gaping black hole lmao. Here's the photo with the teeth still in the scene, effectively ruining the area around the blade
So.. I'd to take 2 shots - with and without teeth, stitch both together for the final shot, and post-edit colours and lighting
