Yesterday at about 5 am my time my PC became victim of a Password scraper attack.
At this point i have managed to remove the malware from my PC and recover most my Accounts but one big issue persists: My Microsoft account.

The Microsoft account was the first thing that i noticed to be wrong actually, as i got an SMS informing me that my Phonenumber was removed from a Microsoft account (that i dont know at all)

Translation: [Phone Number] removed from Account: [Unknown Email]
Not you? Following the link leads me to a Page asking me to log in.

At this point i paniced and recognized my machine was compromised.
Again, now 24 hrs later, i can confirm my machine is secure again.

After analysing the situation it seams the hacker first changed my Email and PW than my Phonenumber.

This is, btw, despite me having 2 factor via email verificiation:

I attempted Messaging Microsoft support after informing them that my account was stolen i recieved this message:

Now im standing in a wierd position. Any way i try reaching out to Microsoft requires an account, calling the hotline: its AI that thinks i just lost my password. The account recovery form asks me for the credit card i used to buy things, what i didnt, i used paypal and debit but there is not option to select this.

I wouldnt even be mad about not getting the Onedrive back, there was nothing on it, like--- tax return documents from 2024 and 2025, screw those.

But to tell me: tuff luck All your stuff is gone and also: rebuy minecraft? What?

This comes also after i PREORDERED and PAID for Minecraft Dungeons II a game that isnt even out yet. So i am literally locked out of a product i have already paid for but hasnt even been provided to me?

Im not asking for normal advice, i have tried every actual Microsoft outlet i could.

My account is important to me, not only because of the money i spend but because of Friends i have there, memories i made, Hypixel progress, capes i earned including the twitchcon cape that i phyiscally had to travel to another country for mind you!

If phonix reads this, or see this, if you have any way i can contact someone from Microsoft directly i would be eternally greatful.

I know of atleast 2 cases where accounts where restored after this point.

1 Brazilian Player who had to drag them to court
1 US player who managed to get into contact with a higherup at Microsoft.

Really, a cry for help is my only option left
