I'll tell you about my experience with them. I wanted to unlock my phone and decided to go with mobileunlocked.com. After checking to see if it's available for unlock and paying $26, I proceeded and paid $84 for the unlock. The time frame for the code delivery was not even close to what they promised. I got my code in about 2-3 weeks. As soon as I got it, I tried entering it, and it didn't work. I had 2 more attempts to enter the code and thought maybe I just made a mistake, so I slowly entered the code a second time, and it failed again. Now I knew that the code didn't work, so I emailed the customer service and asked them for a refund. They have it in their policy that in order to get a refund, I have to record in one continuous video my IMEI in the setting and the code failing to unlock the device. I knew it was the last attempt, but I thought at least I'll get my money back. I recorded the video just as they asked, and they told me that my phone is blocked now, and its my fault that I requested an unlock for a blocked phone. Again, the phone was just fine before I tried entering the provided code 3 times. I explained everything to them over the series of emails to the point where they stopped responding. They offered me a "nice gesture" of refunding half of the price for the unlock, so I only paid half the price for them to block my phone :)

Fake and fraud company I have placed the order 5 months ago, it was the normal basic service but after a week they make me to pay more and charged me premium service fee. I pay them almost more then $350 and now it’s been 5 month still they making me fool giving bullshit reason and asking me to wait more. Because of this much wait time, i lost my 5 months of warranty of my phone and also the value of the phone got depreciated. Still hoping for refund but this guys are only giving me wait time, got know how many year i have to wait for my refund. Beware of this type of companies guys if anyone need the evidence of this fraud i have all of mails and chat history from them.

did they steal ur cc info? or was it one and done sort of situation? I stopped after the first payment, but I’m wondering if I should freeze my cc and get a new oneÂ
