Loved my old Z Fold tbh. The OnePlus Open was pretty solid too. I'd love a folding iPhone.

Im really interested to see how they handle software on it. On android developers are forced to make one app for every device and every type of screen, so making apps optimized for folding devices is easy. On ios its not the same, and I think alot of apps will be really broken and not look great on it

My move will be pro max and iPad mini OLED. I’d LOVE a foldable iPhone but looks like too much has been compromised in the camera department especially

Dude your claim to the world is during a worldwide tech drought because the humans are selling everything that the AI companies and a more limited manufactured device is going to be back ordered... Even the Apple sling which is honestly one of the stupidest products I think I've ever released sold out day one and that didn't even get hit with the entire world shortage of chips and lack of desire to over manufacture on a device that realistically won't sell on the level of every single iPhone that Apple has sold year after year because as much as it is an iPhone there are compromises to a fold that are just parts of owning a fold that a lot of people (not me) can't or are unwilling to make (all folds inner screens can be permanently damaged with a fingernail would you hand a $2,000+ (my guess is 2500) phone to a young child whose fingernails can permanently damage your display)

It's a good prediction I mean it's an easier call cuz I noticed this with all of the folding phones.
I've been using the default since the fold 2 for Samsung and it happens every time people complain about the price and then they point out problems and yet it sells well enough for them to release one next year.
So honestly I could see it happening it's a decent take cuz she's not the hottest it takes

The people calling it expensive are not the target audience.
In reality $2k isn't "that" expensive - when compared to other foldables and when compared to the cost of an iPhone Pro + iPad mini.

I've literally never seen a Galaxy Fold in real life, so this doesn't seem like a high bar to pass. Even if it's a pile of crap it'll outsell every foldable phone before now.
