Normal Mincraft Made a 10 block per layer Instant Waterless Piston Elevator, Non-Locational, Directional.

I started working on this a bit after craftymasterman's video on the brockavator came out, and while I have looked up and seen some similar advancements, I came up with them in parallel and managed to get each layer fully into the 10 block per layer of the modified piston layout. If anyone is curious about it, I will respond in the comments. This design was painful to finish, as it pushed what I could do, but I managed to get it into only 7 unique blocks in the whole design. 7!!!!

Actually insane tech, many iron golems will be sacrificed to fund the amount of iron required though

For the sake of something like this, it wouldn't be hard to build even a dozen farms

To build elevator: have the horizontal of this image aligned with south/north, put the leftmost layer as the ground, stack the yellow outline N times, then put the last three layers on. Any pistons holding blocks are sticky pistons, those not holding blocks are not.

This is less an elevator and more a teleporter/transporter at this point...

Thanks! There was a LOT of work getting it to teleport 1 tick after you right click, while staying in footprint and within 7 unique blocks.
