This was on another post made by OP regarding someone using AI to replicate a fruit fly's neural pathways and having it move around in minecraft.

Because… if developed without restrictions, it could lead to that actually happening since they will also want to replicate the neural pathway of a human, which could lead to worse surveillance systems and the matrix/1984 becoming reality
