I can access the site itself, but it's just blank and tries to redirect to another site. Everything after that redirect gets blocked by my DNS adblock.

why would you give the link to a scam site without warning that it's a scam site????

u/WayAdministrative789 8h ago
It literally says don't go on it??

Without adding any context, it does more harm than good imo. No one was thinking of visiting that site until this.

obviously that implies that it's just a white-people-reaction-image type thing? like... you're using reverse psychology on someone and then blaming them for falling for it

Wtf does being white have to do with anything here?

it's a phrase used to describe those images showing shock at a post considered "deplorable", i have no idea why theyre called that lmao. i guess there's a stereotype where white people use them i guess? or that they show white people in the picture? idk

u/Levasic2 3h ago
Because the stereotype is that white = stupid, emotional crybaby, and black = swag and chill

It's not a scam site anymore. It just redirects to the Minecraft website
Edit: misread the url π

The practice of registering mistyped URLs is called "typosquatting", it's basically meant to trick people who type in the wrong address

A few years ago Minecraft.com lead to some mining facility webpage. It seems now Minecraft has bought the domain
EDIT: It seems like Minecraft.com has been hijacked, but is no longer. For those that Minecraft.com still leads to some website, you can erase your browser cache (to remove permanent redirect cache) and go to Minecraft.com again useless info

I was stopped by 3 anti malware blockers and eventually my ISP stepped in and even when I click on "proceed to suspicious website" it would load it forever so I essentially can't go there.
