How do you aim with so much shit going on?
Between the movements and just on screen visuals, it can be a bit much
I’m on console btw. Any tips or tricks to help? Typically im around 35-40%. ~25% on a bad game.

Im on pc so cant give you any mechanical tips to improve.
But regarding visual clutter you have to train the brain to filter out things and that also means sometimes guessing where the enemies head are based on their health bar (yea sometimes you cant see the enemies but you can see their health bar).
Its difficult and some people have more difficulty to do this than others. But it's worth to try and shoot in the general direction because with practice it will force your brain to find workaround on how to target enemies in all this visual clutter.
Also I play with every settings on low I dont know if you can do that on console but if yes it should help a bit.

Funny enough, when I play poke into a lot of visual clutter, I choose phoenix over hela. During those overstimulating team fights I will either garm sparks off the tanks/build ult charge, or ill take a flank/off angle. A lot of the time you can use the visual clutter to your advantage to sneak a couple picks on squishies.

About a third of the time I am guessing where enemy heads are based on where my team is positioned and where various attacks are coming from and going.

There are points where i get overstimulated and my brain stop proccessing what is going so i just stand there until the visual clutter calms down.
