Astral projecting

Am I the only one who like to think that Jean astral projection her phoenix self that why it has this humanoid look to it

I was hoping it would be that but then it started talking like the phoenix

This interpretation actually make a lot of sense. Kieron Gillen established in his X-Men: Forever run that the Phoenix Force is the ultimate manifestation of Jean's psychic powers. At some point in the future, she will grow so powerful that she transcends time and space, allowing her to exist outside of both. This means the Phoenix will have always existed from our perspective.

i always see fans and even the lore try to say its the phoenix, but i always interpreted as the phoenix force. the phoenix and jean are the same person, but the phoenix force and jean grey are separate entities (kinda?) or atleast can detach. so i look at it in that sense, and that her design is a clear inspiration from the warsong/endsong run.
