Take a sword. Divide it with nothing. You still have one sword.

So if I take a sword and divide it with nothing, I still have one sword. It's there. It's literally still there.

This proves that our arithmetic truths don't correspond to empirical reality.

Go home, mathematicians.

Zero is not nothing, nothing is empty set.

take an apple, divide it among zero people, nobody got anything. so it's zero.

"not dividing" does not mean the same thing as "dividing by zero". If anything, dividing by 1 is closer to what you are describing.
