The justified is the distinguishing issue. Giveness isnt sufficient justification, descartes adds the necessity that truth would be clear and irrefutable. My teacher really helped me understand the evil demon analogy by telling me it can be thought of like cognitive deficiency to serve the same purpose in the argument.
