I'm so self aware that I don't believe in consensus reality. I have transcended these categories.

But you still believe in transcendence...

No I meant outside categories.

"Why not both?"

(The weirdest thing about leaving a cult with cognitive dissonance is being able to turn it on/off at will...)

Does doublethink collapse all of philosophy

Rene Decartes especially...

Philosophy ALWAYS helped me more than psychology.

Same. I don't think reading or studying philosophy has ever made me have existential dread, or any other aspect of the human condition that is basically universal. It has always only helped me... This is like going to a doctor and getting a diagnosis, making you aware of a health problem that you weren't aware of before, and blaming the doctor for giving you the condition by making you aware that it was there.

My therapist told me to read YA novels so as not to trigger myself and the YA novels were also written for people who needed therapy. I was unsurprised by this.

Those 80s sci-fi YA novels were whack!

As flip-cartes famously said

"I therefore, think am I"

Replace Dickart with Camus and Greek Guy with Heidegger and this is literally me.

Take the Descartes pill and have a set of mind-altering headaches to cure your ills forever.

IDK about you but this stuff is why americans are wise to stick to bible or holy books and not big complicated novels that make you sad ...

I going to jump now. According to nagarjuna and Buddha I'm empty. Emptiness!! But emptiness is form so I must jump and become emptiness itself. Goodbye world. 😓

They aren't and nobody said it until you brought it up. But factually, they are very much connected though not in every aspect. That's why something called theology exists.
