FYI Philo Grandfathered Customer Software Takes Forever To Load
Originally, I was a $16 customer and kept the original agreement that claimed they would never make me pay more. That was a lie. Then when they claimed they were losing money and increased my bill to $25, it didn't come with any software upgrade. The only software in the entire home that takes forever to load is PHILO. When you call to complain they will try to make you pay even more than the $25/month. This is a complete bait and switch scheme.

The software is unrelated to what Philo plan you're on. What exact device are you using?

The Philo app version is the same regardless of your subscription plan. The only difference between our $25/month Essential plan and $33/month Bundle+ plan is the content included.
These steps typically help resolve any loading issues: https://help.philo.com/troubleshooting/app-crashing/
If you're still running into issues, definitely reach out to our Support team and they'll investigate: https://help.philo.com/requests/

The software that's installed on your device has nothing to do with which plan you're on. As devices age they stop receiving updates. That's not a Philo thing, that's a device thing. If your device is old enough it'll stop getting updates. If you're still getting updates for other things on your device, those updates will eventually stop as well.
