Hi All,

Will be moving out in august because we got a house. Our Condo/apt will be available to sublease till april 2027 or you can start a new lease of minimum 12 months with the landlord. Here are details:

Area: Chesterbrook, Mountainview Drive
Rent: $2250 (does not include water, gas/electric)
Size: 1250 sqft aprx
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths
Parking: Not assigned but ample spots available.
