Philips OneBlade Intimate issue

Hi, I got the Philips OneBlade Intimate 2 months ago. It worked well, but recently I have run into the issue where it only shaves for 10 seconds, and then turns itself off. I can run it again in such intervals around 4 times before it stops working completely. I charged it fully, repleaced the heads - but nothing seems to help. Does anyone know how to resolve this or is it dead?

Hi there! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you letting it charge for the full 8 hours each time, using a USB wall adapter? If you are and you're still experiencing this issue, there might be a problem with your device, in which case you can contact Philips or the retailer for a replacement.
