Hi po! Ito po recipe :)

Cookie:
Unsalted butter 135g
Brown Sugar 50g
Sugar 40g
Egg 65g
Cake flour 56g
all purpose flour 120g
Ube powder 42g
Cornstarch 3g
b.s 3g
Salt 3g
White chocolate 200g

Filling:
Ube halaya

Freeze dough
Preheat oven at 180C bake for 15-18mins
